Customer Success Manager - Hybrid - Office (Midlands), Client Site and Remote
Every Cloud are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager for a role with a Microsoft Partner based in the Midlands.
You will be the face for this client with their customers, ensuring the delivery of projects whilst identifying further opportunities in which to support these organisations.
Your role will also include
- Managing Customer Contracts and Renewals
- Reporting regularly to the internal team on performance and pipeline
- Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction through meetings, calls, and liaising closely with various departments, such as operations and finance
- Ensuring an effective and smooth customer journey
The successful Customer Success Manager / Account Manager will have a proven track record in similar roles, good working knowledge of Business Central / NAV and a passion for improvement of process and systems.
There is an opportunity to earn commission, alongside the basic salary.
This role is hybrid - Remote, Client site in the UK, and office (Midlands)
